A temporary 500-ICU bed facility has been provided by our Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
The city of Delhi had reported 10,489 cases on Thursday, 13,287 cases on Wednesday, 12,481 on Tuesday, 12,651 and the cases were constantly increasing.
The number of patients in critical condition remains considerable and there is a shortage of ICU beds.
Mr Kejrival said there will be no shortage of ICU beds after the opening of the 500-bed facility. He is supporting all the needy and poor people.
We salute our docs, engineers and workers who worked so hard to save the lives of patients and never complained or asked for a holiday after seeing the second wave which was really very dangerous for everyone.
Just a few weeks ago, patients were struggling because there was a shortage of ICU beds, oxygen cylinders, plasma.
With everyone’s cooperation, the lockdown was successful but, the government decided to increase it for one more week.
Cases are going down in Delhi so is the second wave so we hope that you wear masks and take precautions to prevent your body from this dangerous disease.
We wish everyone a speedy recovery and you all should stay safe and stay at home, don’t go out unnecessarily.
