Christina Applegate can’t let the critics go away easily. The actress had been recently rumored to have plastic surgery on her face which a social media user on the internet pointed out. According to the user, it changed her look completely. However, the actress can’t let them go away easily.
Christina Applegate posted the screenshots of a massage where a troll mock her looks
On January 17, the Dead To Me star posed screenshots of the message sent to her regarding her looks. The message reads, “MS didn’t make you look that way a plastic surgeon did. And you are a scammer and are not [Christina] Applegate. And a bad plastic surgeon at that.”
Replying to the troll the 51-year tweeted, “Sooooo I made the unfortunate decision to look at some comments on an article from People mag about me and my kids at the CCA, Of course, I told her that it wasn’t nice. This was her reply. What is wrong with people? By the way, I laughed.”
However, not everyone was mean to her as after tweeted this post some users were seen comforting her. As one user wrote, “You look beautiful as always”. While another added, “Some people are just plain nasty. You have been and always will be amazing Christina.”
The actress was last seen attending the Critics Choice Awards on 15th January with her 11-year-old daughter Sadie Grace LeNoble. It marked her first award show appearance since she announced her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in August 2021.
Applegate was also nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in the Netflix film Dead To Me.
She also showed her excitement for the show via a Tweet. She wrote, “So this Sunday will be the first awards show I have been to since 2019. And the first since MS, NERVOUS! But grateful to the @CriticsChoice for including me.”
