- It is recommended to exercise for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your stamina.
Destress Yourself
- Do meditation. It is the best way to relieve stress. Too much stress harms your reply to abrupt surroundings and makes your body prone to infections.
- Avoid Smoking, alcohol and other addictive substances as it weakens the body.

You must have food that is rich in Vitamin D. Or you can also consume vitamin D supplement. It will keep your body uptight and right.
