Sedentary Lifestyle:
Sitting down for long hours lacking any sort of physical activity is very common these days. This type of lifestyle could cause a bunch of diseases like Obesity, Hypertension, Type II Diabetes Mellitus, etc. Next time you sit for long hours make sure to take a break and standup, move for a while!
Enhanced Screen-Time:
Spending straight 7 to 8 hours in front of a screen is very harmful for you. It could cause anxiety, stress, eye conditions and infections while simultaneously deteriorating your mental health! Many researches have shown that being on screen for long hours before sleeping can disturb your sleep schedule. Next time you decide to spend your whole day on phone or laptop, remember to take a break and shift your view to nature for a while!
Unhealthy eating habits:
A lot of people are normalizing eating junk food every day in their lifestyle. Remember, processed food is good for rare occasions, consuming them sporadically could make you obese and addicted to crave more for them. These junk food items are high in carbs and fats along with being extremely salty and sweet. This combination itself could throw your whole body into a massive imbalance. A healthy diet should include all the essential vitamins, amino acids, omega fats, proteins and carbohydrates.
Improper Sleep Schedule:
Sleeping for as little as 3 hours every night could backfire whatever productivity task you were aiming to achieve alongside triggering debilities like insomnia and constipation along with , hormonal imbalance and mental illnesses. Oversleeping could also aid to make you feel tired and lethargic during the day. Make sure to set a proper sleep schedule each day and get a minimum of 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night.
Chronic stress and unhappiness:
Being constantly stressed out and unhappy is not what the human body is made for. Panicking upon futile situations, triggers similar sympathetic nervous responses that should be activated when you’re facing life-threatening situations like fire breakout, murder, theft etc. Remember, to go a little bit easy on yourself or otherwise, these conditions may lead to disorders like, Depression, Epilepsy, Kidney disorders, Paralysis, Bipolar disorder, Drug and Alcohol addiction, Stroke, etc. Make sure to calm yourself before panicking and stressing out when it could be avoided very easily. Get organized, set goals and follow them, dig your way into happiness, because that’s what life is all about!
