Liam Payne’s Death: Here Is the Heartfelt tributes from the celebrities

Liam Payne, the former member of the popular boy band One Director, tragically bid farewell to this world just at the age of 31. On October 16, Payne fell from a hotel balcony in Argentina where he was visiting with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy. The local authorities confirmed the devastating news, adding he died after falling to the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. 

While his body is under the postmortem the authorities haven’t clarified if the incident is an accident or suicide. As per the reports he was acting aggressively under the influence of alcohol making the hotel authority call for help. However, ahead of the police’s arrival, he had fallen from the balcony causing fatal injuries leading to ending his life.

Hours after the news broke out, renowned celebrities and the late singer’s colleagues started playing tribute.

Anne Twist

Harry Styles’ mom Anne Twist shared a heartbroken emoji with the caption on Instagram, reading, “Just a boy…” 

Olly Murs

Liam’s former co-contestant on X Factor, runner-up Olly Murs wrote of him on his Instagram, “This news is devastating, am lost for words. We always had a good laugh when we saw each other, sometimes the catch-ups were only short and sweet but when we did it was mostly about how annoyingly good his hair always looked, or our love for Becks, the old XF days and the tour we shared together.”

Murs continued, “Liam shared the same passions as me, the same dreams so to see his life now end so young hits hard, I’m truly gutted and devastated for his Family and of course his son Bear losing a dad x am thinking of them! RIP Liam.”

Rita Ora

The singer, who team-up with Liam on the song “For You,” wrote on X, “I’m devastated. “He had the kindest soul, I will never forget. I loved working with him so much—he was just such a joy to be around on and off stage. This tragic news breaks my heart. Sending all my love and prayers to his family and loved ones. Our song For You takes on a whole new meaning for me now. R.I.P.”

Zedd

Renowned DJ Zedd said of the tragic news, “RIP Liam. Can’t believe this is real… absolutely heartbreaking.”

Charlie Puth

The ‘Attention’ singer posted on his Instagram, “Liam was always so kind to me. He was one of the first major artists I got to work with. I can not believe he is gone.”

Moreover, he also shared some snaps with him on his Insta feed.

Liam worked with him on 2017’s single “Bedroom Floor.” 

Backstreet Boys

The boyband consisting of Nick Carter, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Kevin Richardson, and Howie Dorough, shared a joint statement on X to offer grief.

The statement reads, “Words can not express the emotions we are collectively feeling right now, and it seems like the rest of the world is in the same boat. Our hearts go out to Liam’s family, friends, and Directioners around the world. Rest in peace brother.

Ty Dolla $ign

“Just talked to you 2 days ago my guy,” the rapper wrote on the late singer’s memory. “Ima miss u fr fr sucio.”

Paris Hilton

“So upsetting to hear the news of @LiamPayne passing,” the reality star wrote on X, “Sending love and condolences to his family & loved ones.  RIP my friend.”

Ashley Iaconetti

The Bachelor in Paradise star penned on her Instagram story, “This is heartbreaking. He had one of my favorite boy band voices. I’ll always remember when my friend was turning me into a One Direction fan in grad school and she showed me their performance of ‘Gotta Be You’ on the X Factor.”

“The first verse he sang converted me into a fan instantly. I had chills. My heart goes out to his family and friends,” the note continues.

Max George

The Wanted singer reacted to the news via X adding, “Liam was an unbelievably supportive during one of the most difficult times in my life. I will never forget that. My thoughts are with his family, friends, and fans at this horrendous time. Rest in peace, Liam.”

The singer wrote on her Instagram story, “FOR SO MANY YEARS I ALWAYS KNEW I COULD CALL YOU FOR SUPPORT AND BIG BROTHERLY ADVICE BUT NOW YOU’RE GONE…MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH LIAMS FAMILY AND FRIENDS DURING THIS TIME YOU’LL BE SO MISSED.”

Juicy J

The rapper, who collaborated with the late singer on the 2016 track “You,” noted on X,”R.I.P. Liam Payne, wow I can’t believe it prayers up for the family.”
