Indian singer Dhvani Bhanushali, known for achieving success from a very young age, rocked the stage of Cashew Fest 2024 last weekend in Goa. The singer has performed her hit songsime Naina Milayke and Thank You God, which are currently trending on social media. Apart from these hits, the singer kicked off the fest with her blockbuster piece Vaaste (2019), which topped the global Top 200 list, and also sang Leja Re, Ishare Tere, Baby Girl, Nayan, and Radha. In a recent interview with Gomantak Times Dhvani shared her experience giving an enchanting performance in this beautiful city. Let’s check out the complete details of this story.

Dhvani Bhanushali talked about the contribution of Goa to her music

The 26-year-old said of her experience in Goa, “It’s so calming and relaxing. Every time I come here, I feel like my body slows down and it tries to breathe, and it tries to really appreciate the beauty of the place.”

“There’s something about Goa, and I really like how people are so warm and the food is great. I really like the food, the water and the air. I’ve got such great memories from my childhood and with my friends. So every time I come here, I have a great time. I love Goa,” she shares.

Moreover, she revealed her hit song Baby Girl was also filmed here which makes this place more special to her.

“Baby Girl was shot in Goa. The whole video, how picturesque it is and how beautiful Goa made the video look — that contribution has been phenomenal in terms of my music career,” she adds, “Whenever I visit again, maybe we’ll do a camp there, where we make a set of songs, I really hope to.”

Dhvani further gushes over the place’s beauty. She said, “I feel that environmentally, Goa is maintained so beautifully by the government. It’s fantastic how so many people come every year, and still it’s the way it is. So, I just feel like all of us, who are not living in Goa, should be mindful.”

Although most of the youngest enjoyed the nightlife here, Dhvani’s choice is quite different from others.

“I’m not a party person, but I really like this one place that I had been to, Cape Goa. I love to watch the sunset, eat amazing food, lie down and read. I love Thalassa, too. I love good dinners. Otherwise, I don’t really party much,” the singer revealed.
