Supermodel Gigi Hadid publicly bashed rapper Kanye West in defence of her friend Gabriella Karefa-Johnson. Hadid slams West under one of his Instagram posts. The Grammy winner faced a lot of criticism for his Yeezy Season 9 fashion show in Paris on October 3. Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, Vogue contributing editor, expressed her criticism of the rapper’s recent clothing line. After which the rapper slammed her which led to her friend Hadid landing on the ground in her defence.

Vogue contributing editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson shared criticism of Kanye’s clothing brand by saying it “irresponsible”. After that the rapper took his Instagram feed to bash the fashion editor’s style in return for the criticism. However, Gabriella’s friend supermodel Gigi Hadid didn’t keep her calm on her friend’s insult. Addressing the rapper as a ‘bully’ and ‘joke’, Hadid wrote,”You wish u had a percentage of her intellect”. On the West’s Instagram posts, the 27-year-old continued ,”You have no idea haha…. If there’s actually a point to any of your s–t. She might be the only person that could save u. As if the ‘honor’ of being invited to your show should keep someone from giving their opinion? Lol. You’re a bully and a joke.”
Kanye’s show faced a lot of backlash
On October 3, the 47-year-old launched his Yeezy Season 9 fashion show in Paris. The musician unveiled his clothing line via a live stream which led to a lot of backlash.
During the fashion, West said,”This is God’s dream, a dream that can’t happen without the help of God.” Also he described his clothing line as the beginning of a “new frontier.”
Ye ( Kanye West’s stage name) is also previously slammed for his hurtful comments and posts towards his former wife Kim Kardashian’s then boyfriend Pete Davidson.
