Khloe Kardashian shared the reason for missing the People’s Choice Awards regarding a health concern. The Kardashians star who was voted Reality TV Star of the Year at the 2024 People’s Choice Awards wasn’t able to attend for some extreme migraines. On February 19 Kardashian shared a video where she explained her gratitude to the fans while explaining the reason for her absence. Check out the complete details of this story.
Khloe Kardashian said she suffered from really extreme migraines
The 39-year-old said in the video after wishing her fans happy Monday, ” I also wanted to say, I can’t believe I won People’s Choice again, I really really can’t. I am so incredibly thankful and blown away. This makes no sense to me. The very first couple years I thought, ‘This has to be a fluke. People feel bad for me.”
Moreover, she continues, “I respect award show, I think they are great, but awards don’t really make me tick. They don’t really make my heart beat like that but this one, being that it’s from the people, this one means a lot to me.”
She added, “I’m so grateful, I’m so appreciative but just I mean dam dam, thank you…”
Later on she concluded her message explaining why she wasn’t there.
The reality star added, “Why I wasn’t there last night, I suffer from really extreme migraines, There was not much else that could have kept me away from being there.”
Kardashian ended the video again acknowledging her fans for their love and support.
Although this is her sixth award for the show she still doesn’t feel “worthy” of being recognized as most remarkable star of the show. As she added, “That is sort of hard for my brain to understand.”
Whether she thinks herself worthy or not it is proved from her multiple wins that her fans saw as the queen of the show.
