Meghan Trainor welcomes her second baby boy with her husband Daryl Sabara. The couple, already a parent of a 2-year-old Riley, announced the news via her official Instagram. Moreover, the “Untouchable” singer also announced the name and her excitement to her fans.

Trainor wrote in her Instagram along with some pictures at the hospital and home with the newborn, “On July 1st (our 7 year anniversary of our first date) we welcomed Barry Bruce Trainor into the world. He was a big boy at 8lbs 7oz…and sideways (transverse), but we had an amazing, successful c-section, and I finally got my skin to skin time! Thank you to all of the incredible doctors and nurses who took such great care of us.”
The singer announced the news of her pregnancy during a virtual appearance on the Today show in January. She said while promoting her book Dear Future Mama, “It comes with a baby!”
Later on, she also shared how her son Riley felt of becoming a big brother, “We try to say, ‘Baby in mama’s belly,’ but he just points at his belly and says, ‘Baby.'”
Moreover, in April on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Trainor and Sabara revealed that they were becoming a parent of a baby boy again. They also announced the gender of Riley on the same platform as well.
Meanwhile, the singer said in an interview with The View, “I’m in a house full of boys. I really thought I was having twin girls, but it’s a boy. I live with my two brothers, so it’s a house of boys, that’s what we’re doing.”
Needless to say, it’s indeed great news for her fans and family.
