Real Housewives star Kyle Richards opened up on her health journey. On February 7, during a Q&A session on Instagram, she shared this fact. Moreover, what is more, shocking is that Richards didn’t even miss her signature drinking style.
Kyle Richards doesn’t miss drinking
During the February 7 Q&A session on Instagram, a fan asked her, ” Will you not drink when you’re filming,” to which the 54-year-old responded, “I don’t plan on it. with that said, some of these women have been known to drive someone to drink.”
Moreover, she wrote in a Q&A on Instagram Stories how she did not miss drinking. “Truth is I don’t miss it at all. I feel amazing, so don’t see the point right now.” She shared that the most amazing fact is she will be seven months sober on 12th Feb.
previously, The Halloween Ends star spoke about changing her workout routine and diet in these seven months. Kyle who is dealing with type 2 diabetes hasn’t done it all easily. She shared during an Amazon Live in January, “My workout routine, I shake it up—I do something different every day. I do the Peloton, a very long, extensive ab routine. I’m now doing weights. I always did light weights, but now I’ve increased my weights that I’m lifting. And then I will run, either outside or—depending on the weather—or I will run on the treadmill.”
She also shared that the speculations that surgery and drugs are the reason for her healthy transformation upset her. In an interview with Extra she said, “People that know me know that I’m up every day at like 5:30 a.m., 6 a.m. at the latest. I’m in the gym for two hours.”
Later on, she reveals the rumors regarding her health bother her. She added , “Sometimes I turn my cheek the other way and ignore it, but I work really hard and it really bothers me, and I would like to be able to be an inspiration to people. So, don’t think I took the easy way out.”
