Selena Gomez revealed the story behind her broken hand and it isn’t fun. The singer-actress who recently released her latest single “Single Soon” talked about the reason for having a broken hand for which she had even gotten surgery. In her recent interview with Ellen K on The Ellen K Morning Show, she shared her not-so-fun story.

The 31-year-old shared, “I wish I had like a really cool story that I saved someone’s life or something, But I was in a long dress, a summer dress, and I was walking from my car to my house and tripped.”
Later on, she quipped that the silver lining about the accident was that she didn’t break her teeth. “I guess there is a silver lining,” she added. “But this is not fun, this is not fun.”
On August 31st the singer first shared the glimpse of her injury in her Instagram story. Moreover, The Only Murders in The Building alum also wrote a comment under a post by Billboard, “Broke my hand and had surgery. I don’t care about selling anything. I’m just happy to make music with my friends.”
Moreover, the Disney alum also expressed her gratitude to her fans for giving so much love to her new song “Single Soon.”
She wrote on her Instagram story, “Thank you guys for all the love on Single Soon!!!, It’s a playful anthem about being comfortable in your own skin and loving your own company… and it’s also really fun to dance to! 💞.”
“Single Soon” is topping many charts in the music streaming platforms. Needless to say, for Selena’s fans are waiting for her forthcoming album.
