Janhvi Kapoor starring action-thriller Ulajh’s teaser is finally out now. On April 17, the actress dropped the official teaser of this much anticipated film, making the hype crazy with its hype. The teaser showcases some major incidents featured in the movie with fearless Janhvi entering the web of lies, deceit and betrayal. Moreover, the release date of this movie also got revealed with the teaser. Needless to say, Janhvi’s fans are going crazy to see her in such an interesting character. Ulajh is coming in cinemas on the 5th of July
The teaser revolves around the life of a young diplomat named Suhana, played by Kapoor who faces some surprising changes in her life after she is entangled in a web of deception and conspiracies. The line, “A nation betrayed by hidden lies,” is highlighted throughout the entire video.
Moreover, we can also listen to the voice of Gulshan Devaiah, who asked Janhvi,’s character, “Suhana, what do you think, whatever you did, you did for the nation? Betrayal, loyalty, these are just words designed to trap people like us. These nations, borders are just lines drawn in sand. They are not worth anything.”
To which she responded, “The cost of betrayal is life – give your own or take someone else’s.”
Alongwith the actress the makers also shared the teaser on social media with captioning the post, “Enter the world of lies, deceit and betrayals- #Ulajh in cinemas on the 5th of July.”
After posting the video the Mili actress’s friends from the industry started to show their support. Her upcoming film Mr and Mrs Mahi co-star Rajkummar Rao gave a shout-out her by posting the teaser in his Instagram story writing, “Looks fab Mrs Mahi. Looking forward to #Ulajh @janhvikapoor @jungleepictures.”
Previously, Janhvi who is the eldest daughter of late actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor also posted some BTS photos from the sets of the film in her official Instagram writing,”20 days of Ulajh done. 20 more to go. Food for the soul.”
Apart from Janhvi actors Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Meiyang Chang, Rajesh Tailang and Adil Hussain will also star in this film. Directed by Sudhanshu Saria the film will hit the theatres on July 5. Moreover, Vineet Jain and Amrita Pandey will serve as the producer of this movie.
