On July 4, the actress took her Instagram to confirm the arrival of her first child with her husband, Los Angeles Angels player Cole Tucker. Hudgens first made her pregnancy official in March by showing her baby bump on the red carpet of the 2024 Academy Awards. The 35-year-old wrote in her Instagram story, “We’re disappointed that our family’s privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media. Despite all of that, mom dad and baby are happy and healthy.”
On Wednesday, the High School Musical alum was spotted celebrating her husband’s 28th birthday after the couple’s child’s birth was unveiled. As per the pictures obtained by TMZ, Hudgens was seen cradling the baby close while leaving the hospital in a wheelchair. However, the gender or the time of the baby’s birth is still under wraps.
