Moreover, as shown in pictures the duo dined at the Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Los Angeles with Selena’s little sister Gracie Teefey and her former assistant Theresa Mingus and other friends. The birthday girl is looking stunning in a high-neck, long sleeve, black mini dress with a thigh-high slit. Meanwhile, Raisa also looked gorgeous in a plunging tan halter dress.
