Spiderman star Tom Holland revealed the reason why girlfriend Zendaya had “a lot to put up with.” In his recent interview with June 2, the actor shared some rare insights about his personal life. Holland said his girlfriend is very cool about his 70s look from the Apple TV+ series The Crowded Room.
Tom Holland doesn’t like his hair being that dark
The 27-year-old candidly revealed in the interview, “Obviously I had that crazy hairstyle. I had the bangs. Bless Zendaya, she had a lot to put up with, with me looking like that for 10 months, it was rough.”
If you are wondering what his hairstyle is it was dark brown and featured long, scraggly-looking curls in addition to the infamous bangs.
Holland said of his this look, “I don’t like my hair being that dark. I really like how my hair is like my mum’s, kind of red. Yeah, it was tough. That was a part of the show that I don’t miss for sure.”
Moreover, he also revealed how working on The Crowded Room where he also first time serves as a producer is an educational process for him.
He said, “In my career, I’ve always felt like I’ve been very good at leaving work at work, and for the first time with The Crowded Room it really did start bleeding into my personal life. I would come home from work and I would see myself in the mirror and I would see him. So it did take a while to figure out how to put him to bed and wake Tom up and get on with my life and be myself.”
